Privacy Policy
The short version: no accounts, no tracking profiles, no selling data. Here's the long version.
What we collect
Server logs. This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. We see aggregate, non-identifying versions of this.
Calculator inputs. The procedure, pet type, and state you select in our calculator are processed entirely in your browser. They are not transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond and, where you've shared quote data, to improve our estimates. Submitted quote data is used in aggregate; we don't publish anything that identifies you.
What we don't do
- No user accounts, no login, nothing to breach.
- No sale or sharing of personal information with data brokers or veterinary clinics — we are not a lead-generation service.
- No cross-site advertising trackers as of the effective date. If we add privacy-respecting analytics or advertising in the future, this policy will be updated first and the effective date will change.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies as of the effective date. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security (bot mitigation).
Your rights
Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act) you may have rights to access or delete personal information. Since we hold essentially none unless you've emailed us, the practical scope is your correspondence — email [email protected] and we'll handle access or deletion requests within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected].
